Val Crozier is the Director of Review Services at Sandline Global, bringing over a decade of extensive experience in eDiscovery, analytics, and legal technology. For 13 years Val served as an Analytics, Review, and Technology Attorney, and Review Manager at an AmLaw100 firm, providing comprehensive eDiscovery support in review platforms and to client case teams all along the EDRM lifecycle.  

At Sandline, Val oversees the entire review process, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and within budget. She leads a team of review attorneys and specialists, coordinating their efforts to meet client needs in various high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters. Val’s responsibilities include developing and implementing review protocols, managing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. 

Val’s deep understanding of eDiscovery technology and review platforms allows her to optimize the review process, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to improve efficiency and accuracy. She works closely with clients to tailor review strategies to their specific needs, ensuring that critical documents are identified and produced in a timely manner. Val is also responsible for training and mentoring new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in review services. 

Val Crozier holds a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law.
