Principal Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the progress of client projects across all of Sandline’s departments
- Obtain, examine and prepare client data for processing
- Assist with media intake and inventory; media management, storage, shipping and receiving; media organization and analysis projects; other media related duties as needed
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data
- Import data sets into Relativity
- Assist in QC’ing and troubleshooting third party load files
- Conduct searches within Relativity or other hosting platforms
- Perform quality control checks of work product from operations groups and other team members
- Create client or Sandline specified reports
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- High technical aptitude with relational database programs, text editors, and review platforms
- Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes
- Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Working knowledge of hardware and software required to perform data management and analysis tasks to support encrypting/decrypting, moving/copying/deleting, archiving/unarchiving, transferring/downloading, logging/tracking, reporting, and other tasks as needed
- Familiarity with digital forensics concepts and tools a plus
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Analytics Expert is a plus
- A solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications, and any text editor. Experience with SQL database and other database applications is a plus
Work Shift Requirements
- Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM ET
Work Conditions
- Available to work evenings and weekend shifts on occasion
- Availability to commute to the Sandline Falls Church, VA office as needed
