Kirsten Hobson
HR Coordinator
With over nine years of experience in the legal field, Kirsten has held multiple roles as a paralegal and administrative assistant. Now serving as the Human Resources Coordinator at Sandline, she focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. She plays a key role in recruiting top talent, streamlining onboarding processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Kirsten is an alumna of Virginia Tech, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in history and was a member of the varsity volleyball team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
