Thomas Maar is Sandline’s IT Director, bringing more than 20 years of experience in IT, with a background spanning technical engineering, technology leadership, and the legal technology industry. He spent his first 10 years as an engineer building a strong technical foundation before moving into leadership roles, where he has focused on strategy, operations, and delivering technology solutions that support business objectives.

With extensive experience in legal technology and eDiscovery environments, Tom understands the unique demands of supporting organisations where security, and data management are critical. At Sandline, he leads the company’s IT operations that enable teams to deliver services effectively.

Throughout his career, Thomas has worked across infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and technology transformation. He is passionate about solving complex challenges, improving processes, and leveraging modern technologies to create efficient and scalable solutions.
